Finance and accounting
Accounting, general ledger, receivables and payables, VAT, closings and budgets. Your company's financial core, up to date.
Business Central brings your finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and projects together in one place, in the Microsoft cloud. It's a solid, secure and future-proof foundation — and, out of the box, it's already enough for many companies.
And if your industry needs more, we boost it with certified extensions. But first, the important thing: that you understand what BC gives you on its own.
This is the Microsoft standard. For a large share of companies, this is enough to run the business from start to finish.
Accounting, general ledger, receivables and payables, VAT, closings and budgets. Your company's financial core, up to date.
Quotes, orders, invoicing and a basic CRM so you never lose sight of any customer.
Purchase orders, receiving, supplier invoices and payments, all linked to accounting.
Real-time stock, locations and traceability by lot or serial number. You know what you have and where.
Control of hours, costs and invoicing for your jobs and projects, without parallel spreadsheets.
Dashboards, Power BI and Microsoft artificial intelligence (Copilot) built in, to decide with data.
Microsoft releases two major updates a year. Your ERP improves on its own, without you having to do anything, and you never end up with an outdated system.
More than 20 years of platform (from Navision to Business Central) backed by Microsoft. It's not software that disappears tomorrow: it's an investment with a future.
Hosted in the Microsoft cloud (Azure): encryption, automatic backups and the same level of security used by banks and government agencies. You sleep soundly.
Every movement is traceable and auditable: who did what and when. In the face of an inspection or an audit, you have it all at hand.
Microsoft's artificial intelligence (Copilot) works inside your Business Central: it summarizes, suggests and saves you tasks. Without setting anything up separately.
In the end, all of this boils down to one thing: peace of mind. Knowing that your company runs on a solid, secure, up-to-date foundation with Microsoft behind it. That you won't have to switch systems in three years, or worry about where your data is.
Business Central is licensed per user (monthly or yearly), and you can combine types in the same company. These are the three:
For those who only view data or do occasional tasks
View reports, log hours, approve or look up data. The most affordable access for the rest of the team.
For most SMEs
The heart of Business Central: finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse and projects. With this, most companies have more than enough.
For industrial and service companies
Everything in Essentials plus manufacturing and field service. For those who produce or manage maintenance and after-sales.
Not sure which one you need? We calibrate it for you based on what each person does in your company.
Business Central also has native AI. The combination: an ERP that adapts to your sector, not the other way around. Industry, construction, real estate development, logistics, finance and professional services — more than 1,000 implementations since 2003.
Only when you need it. If your industry has particularities —construction and certifications, real estate development, manufacturing, advanced treasury, maintenance, logistics—, our native AL extensions, certified by Microsoft with Co-sell designation, fill that gap without leaving your BC or setting up anything external.
Estas son las extensiones que nuestros clientes activan primero cuando quieren que Business Central refleje su operativa real. Échales un vistazo: cada una resuelve un dolor concreto.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is Microsoft's cloud ERP for SMEs. It brings accounting, finance, sales, purchasing, warehouse, projects and (in the Premium license) manufacturing together in a single system, with Power BI and artificial intelligence (Copilot) built in.
For many companies the standard is enough: out of the box it covers finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and projects. Extensions only make sense if your industry has particularities that the standard doesn't fully solve (construction and certifications, real estate development, specific manufacturing, advanced treasury, maintenance…). First we assess whether the standard works for you; we only add what you truly need.
It depends on what each person does. Team Members is for those who only view or approve; Essentials covers finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and projects (most SMEs); Premium adds manufacturing and field service. You can mix user types in the same company. We help you calibrate it to your case.
Both are valid. BC Cloud (SaaS) is the most common: Microsoft hosts, updates and protects the data, you just use it. BC On-Premise is kept for specific data sovereignty requirements or custom integrations. Everything from Davisa works identically on both.
Since 2003 we have worked exclusively on Dynamics NAV / Business Central. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner for ERP with Co-sell designation, which means Microsoft backs us as an implementation reference. And if one day your industry needs more, we have our own certified extensions ready to join in, without changing systems.
Business Central is billed per user, monthly or yearly (Microsoft), depending on the type of license. If you add any Davisa extension, it is billed separately (also by subscription), independently of BC. You pay only for what you use.
A 30-minute conversation to understand your case and tell you whether the standard works for you or whether some extension is worth it. No pitch. Prefer to see it before talking? Take a look at our Business Central webinars with real cases.
