The project starts and the control plans are scheduled
When you open the project or the site you define the control plans and how often they run, and dvquality generates them on its own throughout execution. The technician carries out quality control on site from the inspection app on their phone, and you can add new controls on demand as the project moves forward.

dvquality generates the control plan, but the data is always entered by a person: the operator from the terminal or the technician from their phone out on site (a machine can capture it too, with the corresponding integration). dvquality compares the values against the tolerances in real time and flags deviations: if something does not fit, the batch or the work unit goes into automatic quarantine.

If there is a non-conformity, a CAPA opens
Cause, owner, deadline and action plan. The non-conformity links to the batch or work unit, to the supplier or subcontractor and to its cost. Nothing gets lost along the way.
